Delete Your Account

You can delete your Dinos vs Dragons account and its data at any time, on any device, in the Game or by email. You do not need the app installed to ask for deletion.

Option 1: Delete in the Game

1. Open Dinos vs Dragons and sign in.
2. Tap the player menu at the top right of the main screen.
3. Choose Google Account (on iPhone and iPad: Your Account).
4. Choose Delete Google Account (on iPhone and iPad: Delete Account) and confirm. For your security, you may be asked to sign in again first.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Email dinosvsdragons.support@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you can, include your nickname or friend code (shown in the player menu). We may reply to confirm the request is really from you, and we will finish the deletion within 30 days of confirming it (usually much sooner).

• Parents: to delete only a child's profile, email us from your account's email address and tell us the child profile's nickname. Deleting your whole account also deletes every child profile on it.
• Guest players: remove the guest from the player menu on that device. Our servers delete guest data automatically (see the Privacy Policy), or email us the guest's nickname and friend code to have it deleted sooner.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we delete from our live systems: your sign-in details (account ID, email address and name), your year of birth, every player profile on the account, their game progress (including the previous saved copy), Virtual Items, friends and friend requests, clan memberships and the clan chat messages the profiles sent. Deleted information leaves our backups within 30 days.

What we keep, and for how long

• Chat reports about messages, which are kept on a rolling basis (the most recent 500 reports) to protect players.
• Purchase records (once purchases are offered), kept as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to 7 years.
• Daily play statistics that do not identify you, kept for 120 days.
• Information we must keep to comply with the law, resolve a dispute, or deal with fraud or a safety concern under review, only as long as needed for that purpose.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Unused Star Shards and other Virtual Items are lost and are not refunded, except where the law requires. Deleting your Game account does not delete your Google or Apple account.
